I love Nandi (also, in retrospect, that is a whole heck of a lot of pink I am wearing! But when in India...)
The fort also holds a museum where we were told we could either pay the government 500 rupees to get in, or we could pay the guides 400 rupees. Apparently the guides made their living by counting on people wanting to give them money rather than the government.
